A Daily Devotional with Pastor Doug Crouse April 28, 2018 Go For It Scripture Reading – Psalm 34:14 (NLT) "Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it."

Sometimes in life, and in our own or others circumstances it is hard to find that place where peace abides. And in our own or other's human nature, even under the guise of prayer requests - sharing of information becomes little more than a tid bit of gossip to pass along to another in the name of God. God calls us to turn away from these types of practices and live on a higher/holier plane.

If we cannot readily see peace, He wants us to search it out, looking for it, with all of our hearts and effort to, 'Go For It'. And once we have found a way to bring peace or begin to see a light at the end of the tunnel, we are to be those who work together to maintain and build it up.
