What God Has Done   Scripture Reading – Psalm 107:15 (NLT)

“Let them praise the LORD for his great love and for the wonderful things he has done for them.”

For all of us that have been given the gift of life there are times and seasons when the clouds of circumstance or desert seasons may seem to shut out our perception of the things that God has purposed for us, or even the fact that He is with or even close to us.

It is especially in these times, seasons and storms that we must remind ourselves both through His holy Word and in our past experiences of His great faithfulness, ‘What God Has Done’, for us through Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord.

For He has: Brought us from darkness to light; rescued us from the kingdom of darkness; saved us from death to life; healed us from spiritual blindness to spiritual insight; opened up the eyes of our understanding; quickened our lives with the Person, presence and power of the blessed Holy Spirit; given us a new song of thanksgiving and praise to our God; imparted to our hearts and lives the gift of faith; promised to never leave us or forsake us; given us the victory through the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord; adopted us into His forever family; lavished His unchanging love on our lives; adopted us as His very own daughters and sons; entrusted us with the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; blessed our lives with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus; ensured us that His grace will be sufficient in each and every moment of our need.

When we consider all that God has done for us, let us praise His name, for He truly alone is worthy of all of the glory, honor and praise in our lives through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Prayer Father forgive me I pray when I have complained or because of my circumstances felt as though You were not close to me. Give me I pray a new spirit of thankfulness for all that You have done for me through Jesus Christ my Lord, and use me to encourage others and inspire those especially who are facing challenges along the way I pray in Jesus mighty name.

Memory Verse:  1 John 5:14 NLT “And we are _________ that he ______ us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.”
